    This company was our awning service. We own the awnings to our house; AJC would install them in the spring and take them down and store them in the fall.I had requested that the company install our awnings at the beginning of April 2024 this year. The awnings were never installed. I called the company repeatedly asking them to contact me to schedule the installation but they never called me back.Last week I called the company to arrange a time for me to go and pick up my awnings so I could take them to another awning company. When I called their phone number *************) they kept hanging up on me. I then received a text message on my phone "who is this?" I texted back my name and address and said that I was a customer of theirs. The person texted back and said that this was no longer the phone number for the awning company. In asked how to contact the awning company and received an answer of "I don't know".I then drove to the address ****************************************** which is where I mailed my checks for set up and take down of the awnings in the sprig and fall. The people inside the house would not answer the door.I just want my awnings back to have someone else install and take them down but I do not know where they are now. I believe replacing them would cost approx $5,000 and they have been stolen from **** would appreciate any help you could give me.

    In September 2021 AJC Awning Solutions took down my awning and stored it. I did not need the awning in **************************************** April 2023 I talked with *******************, the principal, and he agreed to put the awning up in the second week of May 2023. He never showed up. Repeated telephone calls, letters, and emails have gone unanswered. At this point I just want my awning back.

    On Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 AJC Awnings removed our awning and damaged our siding in the process leaving the frame half attached to our home and half dangling dangerously and haphazardly. I still paid them the 150$ fee (with a check that has been cashed) and I reached out to them via email that day (including pictures showing the damage). They acknowledged this damage had occurred and said their workers would fix it the next time they were nearby. I heard nothing for three weeks and emailed again, and now they aren't even responding to my emails. It has been a month now with no repair. I'm not looking for money or anything, I just want them to fix what they damaged, as they said they would. It is so disappointing that they won't answer my emails and I had to resort to the BBB for help. I have a six year old who plays outside on the deck a lot and we've had to keep him inside because we fear the frame may come completely attached.
