    I went into business with them a couple of years ago with an idea I had that I wanted to bring to fruitation, me and a gentleman from there team spoke on the phone. He explained the process to me I then paid them twice ****** and ****** for two different ideas. They explained to me that if they couldn't get my ideas patented then it would be no use explained that my idea was protected for like two years while they searched and deep searched to make sure no one else owned the ideal well it's been over a yr I call them know reply I email them no reply I HONESTLY think that they're stalling me out to steal my idea.. they will not keep me up to date they will not respond they won't do anything!! It's like I stopped existing to them, I called one time and they told me the person I wanted to speak with was at lunch and would call me back after lunch, well he never did I really am lost and more importantly my idea is a transportation app a gold mine honestly, the other was a spray on COVID glove haven't heard anything back from them about that and the thing is I don't want my idea stolen and made by someone else after the time lasped and someone else like THEM under another person bring my invention to fruitation and s**** me out of it.I'm starting to believe that this is exactly what that is like they EILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME TO SAVE MY LIFE AFTER TAKING MY MONEY THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A COMMUNICATION TYPE OF THING THEY EILL NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Something is definitely going on please BBB I'm begging you to step in and make these people play fair.. like how you gone have a customer and not communicate with them about their idea??Please help me ? They promised it would not be like this. I was worried about something like this happening. I've emailed them no response I call no call back like this is just simply unprofessional and unfair and I don't know what to do, and I'm out of ******* and a fantastic idea worth millions of dollars. PLEASE HELP BBB PLEASE ????

    We understand there are concerns regarding the agreements made on 10/06/2021 and 12/01/2021, each amounting to $598 and backed by our Money Back Promise. This policy was clearly communicated and acknowledged by the inventor at the time of the agreements. The policy is clearly listed on our website and a separate email is sent to the reminding them of this policy after they pay for Research. They have 30 days after receiving their report to enact the Money Back Promise which they have exceeded by years.

    Throughout our engagement, we maintained numerous interactions to discuss progress and procedures. However, there has been no contact from the inventor for over a year until this complaint was filed. This significant gap in communication raises questions about why a refund request has emerged after such a prolonged period, especially as the inventor proceeded with a second project, indicating trust in our services during active communication.

    The first project exceeds 3 years, and the second project is 3 weeks from being 3 years.

    Regarding concerns about idea theft, we assure you that we are bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and we adhere to it with the utmost integrity. We have never, nor will we ever, utilize the inventor's ideas for our own purposes. Our commitment to safeguarding the intellectual property of our clients remains steadfast.

    Paid $11,985 on July 18, 2020 - patent write-up, materials, patent search. Paid $3,985 on May 6, 2021 - provisional patent Paid $4,440 on August 1, 2021 - utility patent These costs were to cover, a patent search (which they claimed my idea was patentable). Creating marketing materials, submitting the materials to various organizations, applying for a provisional patent and then applying for a utility patent. It is my belief that I was misled about the prospects of attaining a patent as a recent USPTO office action made it clear that my idea was not patentable because it was already patented by AT&T 12 years prior. They made the contracts to large to submit.

    I paid 795 for a complete package to cover every step of process down to my product being on the shelves being sold only to be told after paying off that I only paid for research. I was flat out lied to and told I would be refunded and then received a letter demanding I sign away my right to counsel against them and no social media or even bad talks about them . I still have not received anything back after 29 days and they are stating there is a 7% processing fee of 200 out of 795 for the refund. I was lied to over and over again while paying this off even to a point of if I paid off the account my product would be on the shelves in about 2 months. Please help me here as I have had 4 heart attacks and no work I gave all I had to them as I could because I was told by Michelle that I would not have to worry any more and this invention would bring millions and I could leave my family with security with this to only be let down and loose all hope of leaving my family with anything but false hope and knowing to never trust anyone in a business going forward.
