    On December 31, 2023 I purchased Singerman Laboratories rust remover to remove rust from from my brick wall. The informational video showed it removing rust effortlessly. I mixed thr product as instructed. While it was wet and being applied it looked like it was gone. Once it dried it reappeared. I tried to apply it once more this time scrubbing the stain and again it reappeared once dried. I reached out to the company to ask some advise. I was still unable to get this product to remove the stain. I reached out to the company again to ask for a refund of this product because it did not work and have have not recieved a response. My order number was #*****. I would like a refund of the price paid. It does not work. Thank you.

    Good day *******,

    You have been issued a full refund for order # *****.

     From your description in the complaint filed you stated that after
    applying the rust remover for concrete, that the stain disappeared, then
    after drying, the stain reappeared. (TWICE) So the rust remover actually
    removed the rust stain twice.

    I suspect that there is some type of iron ore in the brick itself, that
    is resurfacing after the rust remover dries, and then the rust
    reappears. I don't expect it ever occurred to you that you may have
    brick with high iron content, and the rust keeps bleeding out of the
    brick when the air and moisture hits it.

    Our product did its job. I think you will find that you are going to
    have a recurring problem with rust from this particular type of brick,
    the way it sounds. You may want too check with your brick people.

    We have heard of this happening before on some types of unsealed brick
    and aggregate surfaces.

    In any case you got your money back.
