      Okay, so my experience goes way back. Probably around 2007 or so. I needed a reliable ColdFusion host and Hostek was the choice we made. Amazing support and customer attention. I remember calling support on a Sunday at 10 a.m. and someone answered and resolved the issue. I've used Hostek now for over 15 years, both business and personal accounts.Since they moved from ***** to ****, things have gone WAY south. I had multiple sites go down and nothing from phone support or email. They were completely unresponsive. I was astonished! The host I held up as the industry example has completely failed me and so many others based on the reviews posted here.The latest drama is their payment system is not registering my hosting payments (which I confirmed I made via ******). So now I have a "second notice of non-payment" email. I've emailed Hostek multiple times about this...no response. Not surprised.I'm currently backing up all my files and code in case they 'automatically' cut me off for non-payment. Ridiculous...

      Horrible customer and tech support and service. In December my website and email was down for over a week. We lost thousands in revenue. No one helped...no on returned our calls or chat/support messages. My web site and email is down again...and once again I cant get anyone to call. ********

      I used to have nice tech support on a timely basis. That is No Longer the case. Billing and marketing have become aggressive. This service was first recommended to me as a service for non-profit religious organizations. That is no longer the case! That was 2013. Ten years and the slide is downhill.

      Customer support is terrible. They changed my billing from monthly to annual without consent, and its been impossible to get ahold of them. I started a chat session that went unresponsive for over 6 business hrs, left a voice message (since they don't answer the phone) and contacted both the general contact email as well as my account contact's email. No response from any of those efforts and its been over a week. So terrible.

      Support is non existant. Takes days if not weeks, for them to resolve anything. Long periods of no communication. Don't Use this hosting service.

      This is the worst web host! RUN! Support never gets back to you and when they do they stall with back and forth questions that have already been answered till they leave for the day. I’ve been waiting WEEKS for my database to be restored.
