      Went here on 2/11/25 for care after having a bad bout with the flu two weekends before. I was still having a bad cough that I just couldnt shake. The waiting room was packed and it took approximately 45 minutes to be seen. The nurse practitioner, not a doctor, finally came in, listened to my lungs, took my blood pressure and asked a few questions. She said they didnt hear anything wrong with my lungs, but because I said something had to be going on, she said she would schedule a chest x-ray on mychart, and sent me a prescription for **********, a pro dm cough medicine and an inhaler. None of these worked and here I am over a month later and still have the same cough, pretty sure I cracked a rib or tore cartilage coughing so hard, and today I got a bill showing they billed $937 for my visit. ?? FOR WHAT? I will be calling them to question this and wont ever be using this service again unless I feel like I am dying and have absolutely no other choice. Thoroughly disgusted right now. Tell me our healthcare system isnt broken.
