    They are unprofessional and lack integrity. They said it will be a couple days to repair the car. The insurance company sent me the money to send them. One week later, they said the it will be more money because they found more damage. So I extended the rental and the insurance paid them electronically for the extra repair. Went to pick it up, and because the insurance check said “pending” on their computer, they said they can’t let me have the car. It is as if they are afraid an large insurance company payment was not going to go through. Insurance said they never had this issue with a repair shop. If they send it by check it will be over a week later, so they paid me to pay them and extended my rental, again. I explained to them I understand they close at 4:30, but I will be 5 minutes late getting there from work. They said thats fine and they will wait. I get there and I hand them my debit card. They said they will charge me 4% of the bill to use the debit card or I can get a check (it was a lot of money). They never told me until this point about this charge. I explained where I live and I can be right back and they agreed to wait. I go back and they are getting in their cars to leave. They say that they closed shop, I was too late, and I cannot have my car back. They went on to say that because I was upset about the debit card charge, not telling me about needing a check to avoid the charge, he will now only accept a cashier check from me. I now have to be late to work to get a cashier check to get my car back because that was their way of retaliating from me being upset over their lack of communication.
