    Disgusted. I wish THEY never happened. I nor the property owner would recommend Servpro to anyone in the greater Columbus area. Outlined below is a summary of the issues I personally experienced fall of 2023 that I have tried to no avail over the course of 5 months to address and have resolved; I need to move on for my own emotional well-being but, feel compelled to share with others. Also, when trying to address several issue with their “accounting” Servpro representative said, “this is not really your money it is your insurance paying so why do you even care”. Personal Belongings Cleaning - Hours and laborers billed 100% inaccurate; - On-site cleaning and boxing of items; nothing was wrapped prior to placing in boxes, boxes were not sealed or closed and boxes were not labeled - On-site arguments and disagreements between Servpro “employees” - Unprofessional; used my kitchen to prepare their lunches and take lunch breaks Property Restoration - Destruction to property during “restoration” - Lack of regard for safety and terms of property lease; threw carpet out the 2nd floor window AND let gas build up from stove and fire ball erupted while Servpro was “cleaning” - Poor execution; second vendor entered and said “ this is considered clean!” - Knowingly broke and damaged personal belongings and did not acknowledge (I have on camera) - Charged for services not rendered (HVAC cleaning) - Lost insurance check - Lack of understanding by Servpro on authorization process when dealing with rental property

    Finally, the repair work at my home has been completed from an accident that occurred in July 2020! On July 21, 2020, an uninsured motorist drove into my home causing substantial damage to the front of the house and basement. My insurance required a $1,000 deductible and paid for the damages. Project staff took weeks to respond to my inquiries. There was a gap in communication between project staff and office staff. I questioned the skill set of the subcontractors. I was dislocated for 90 days July - October 2020. In November 2022, my shutters to the front of house were finally installed. I would not recommend ServPro of Northeast Columbus.

    They take a long time to carry out the work, I have to wait 6 weeks for them to receive the materials, it seems that they buy them in ***** and they come by ship

Our repair estimator just received approval on *********** estimate on September 29. On this date, he made you aware of our lead times being 4-6 weeks. As of this date, we do not have a signed contract with you to complete the repairs to your home. You are free to find another contractor.
