  Had a water leak in our 2nd floor laundry room that came into the first floor inultiple spots in August 2022. We were referred to Paul Davis by our insurance company. The initial process of drying everything out, etc was great, prompt response and communication. They then came back and did patch work on the 2 holes that had to be cut on the first floor ceiling. Again, quick response and communication. We haven't had any luck since then. It's been almost 7 months. Many texts, emails, phone calls. Always well be there next week or the week after or after the holidays. Nothing. Never showed. Communication has been awful and I'm not impressed. Insurance company called us the other day to check the status. We advised them all of all the issues. Miraculously someone showed up this week, 2 days in a row. He had to sand the first day, because that wasn't done properly the first time. Then we were also told if we wanted to replace our dining light, since they had to remove it anyway to paint, they would replace it. So we ran out and purchased one, it's been sitting for months. The painting was just finished today on the first floor and the light wasn't done. Minor issue, but just add it to the list of terrible communication and lack of following through. They still have to do the entire laundry room, no clue on time frame for that. I would have been fine with all of this, if communication would have been appropriate and stop saying you are going to show many many times and then you don't.

  We were referred to Paul Davis by our insurance company due to a water leak. Demolition was conducted in our kitchen which set without communication and/or work for 8 weeks. The first project manager was fired for his lack of communication. The second project manager failed to tell us we needed to vacate our home with two small kids. They gave us a two day notice and they failed to notify us that all of our personal pictures and paintings needed to be removed from the wall. Removal of wall items was weird anyway as we were having floor restoration conducted. When we came home we were surprised to see our personal items off the wall. Paul Davis communication was terrible, they damaged some items during the process and they did not offer a discount. We will never use Paul Davis again in the future.

  Can not find the customer by name, email or zip. Zip code is Milwaukee metro area. We also have not had a production manager leave since Feb of 22. I do not believe this is related to the *** of Central ****.
