  If you are looking a top-notch company for your solar panel installation you should use Power Up Renewable Energy. From the quote to the installation, it was an excellent experience. The crew installed the panels in one day. They were professional, friendly, and did a good job cleaning up. No return visits have been needed, and all of my questions have been answered timely. When reading reviews it's important to read ones that are left months after the customer gets the service so you get a good idea of what the experience truly was and good the product is. It's been just over a year since Power Up Renewable Energy installed my solar panels and I am still a very happy customer. I tell everyone who asks me if I am satisfied with my solar panels and if would I use Power Up Renewable Energy again, YES without hesitation.

  I would highly recommend Power Up for ***** Systems. They were completely honest and upfront about everything when a lot of the other companies were not. *** and his crew were great to work with at all times ! Unfortunately less than a year after they were installed I had hail damage and they had to be removed. *** made sure they were available at my roofers requested time to remove. They came back out on the weekend and reinstalled them and made sure they were working properly. I also had them install a whole house generator. It was also a smooth problem free transaction! I will recommend them to friends and family in the future!

  Power Up Renewable Energy installed my solar and generator in one day. The crew was exceptional in appearance and attitude. *** even stopped out to look everything over and jumped in and helped out. The install was flawless. ****** and **** made sure the panels were straight, and all material was picked up after the install. ***** and ************** installed the generator making sure it was level and all of the wiring as well as the generator transfer switch were straight and neat when installing on my house. I have been remodeling this house for 3 years now and they made sure everything was done to meet the appearance of the remodel. I praised all of them for taking what I thought was the extra time in doing this and all of them stated the same thing. "We didn't take any extra time, this is how *** expects every install." Now that is something to be said about a company and its employees.Thank you, again **** *****.

  So sales pitch was awesome. The installation crew was polite and did a very clean looking install however when they were done they knocked on the door and said we had in issue with our equipment they couldn’t get it to work and a technician would be there the next day. Which I got stood up. Called Tim had to argue to get him to agree to send a tech to look at it and then got stood up again. And ended having to wait till inspection day for someone to come out and inspector made them re do the grounding and bonding system because installers didn’t do it according to the blueprint. They forgot to install a couple wires inside their panel and that’s why it wouldn’t work. Tim the VP handle the situation very poorly he even raised his voice rushed me off the phone and then apologized 10 minutes after via email. He then lied to me about the corrections I can only assume that he thought I didn’t know any better. But at the end of the day power up doesn’t have to satisfy the customer with how it is set up with financing company they get paid in full the day panels are installed before any inspections or home owners approval. Which leaves home owners with no leverage to get things handled. Then we get permission to turn on from power company and Tim sends me instructions for the wrong system to turn it on. Customer service was absolutely horrible from Tim the VP. Overall the equipment itself seems to be of good quality. Just under trained installers and very poor customer service from the VP. Would highly recommend using a different company if you interested in solar.

  Thanks for the review, It is nice when a customer takes the time to compliment my sales and installation teams. They were able to get your permitting, interconnection paperwork, installation, and inspections all completed within 90 days, from Signing to UP and RUNNING! We spend countless hours in meetings making sure our team gives this red carpet attention to each installation, it is pretty obvious they take pride in what they do. As for communications between you and I... i realize stating my side is irrelevant and i will choose not to reply. My company delivered a wonderful product, in a timely manner, at a better than average price. That will speak for itself. Wishing you all the best.***********************, Power UP, VP

  Power Up did a fantastic job with the installation of our new solar panels! They were on time and kept great communication with us. Tim and Andy responded to any issues that came up and were able to be reached and answered all of our questions. When it was time for the local inspection to be completed, Power up had Andy the representee here to walk, talk and answer any questions the inspector had. When asked to add a couple of conduit brackets, they were installed the same day. I would definitely work with them again and encourage you to do the same.
