  Roy did great by communicating everything that was going on with my new roof and gutter install. I’m very happy with the quality of work also! I would recommend to anyone.

  AAA Roofing & Roy are the absolute best!! I have used them previously on 2 of my investment properties & they are reliable, finish quickly & are of superior quality. This time I had a new roof put on my own personal residence, a 100 year old house in Victorian Village with lots of angles & gables. The crew did a wonderful job!! Everything was highest quality, I got scheduled quickly, they even did some roof repair work, finished within two days & totally cleaned up. I could not be happier with the quality of service & workmanship from Roy & AAA

  I have used AAA roofing since 2016 for all of my roofing needs. The first roof Roy Hanna and his AAA team did for me was a really difficult job—some flat rubber parts and other, steep shingled parts, and a lot of the sheeting needed replaced. Many companies refused to bid it, and if they did, they were twice that of AAA. I was so impressed with his company, I always included him in the bidding for other jobs. He always outbid his competition and did the jobs so well, I eventually stopped bidding jobs and trust that Roy and his team will take care of it and let me know how much it is. It’s great to have a guy up on the roof I trust.

  In November 2022 Roy (owner) said he was slow and would do a small siding job on the back of my house. He had one of his crew, Tim start the job in November tnen later couldn't get back So it dragged out to The end of December. I was fine with him not working on it because he was not doing a good job. Siding not locked into starter strip. messy cuts (not 45 angles on J-channel) the list goes on. Roy decided to finish it. I learned he was just as bad. He owns a roofing and siding business, but it had been 5 plus years since he said he installed siding. Hopefully his roofing is better. He didnt have a brake to trim out the window with my aluminum I provided. So he had charged me more money to use this heavy aluminum from a metal shop. He didn't even wrap my windows all the way around so water could seep in it. I asked to have the siding go under the gutter then neglected to do it in one area. He cut the siding and caulked where it met the gutter. Looks terrible and messy. He didnt even clean up the pink foam board sticking out at the botton . BTW I had all the materials, so it was just labor, He wanted paid in full without the job being finished and finished to my satisfaction. He wanted to cover mistakes up with more metal which i would have had to purchase and it would not have looked right. Needless to say, It was soooo bad I had to have it redone. It looks way better. oh, and he put a lean on my house for like $300 , the balance but then added extra costs on top of the $300! What a scammer and terrible businesses owner. Just getting around to review since ive been busy and recently had it resided.

  This individual hired a siding contractor who walked away from her prior to hiring us. She apparently failed to pay them as she failed to pay us. This was a small labor only installation with her responsible for providing all materials. She failed to do that as well. Everything about the very poor condition of her substrate was explained to her prior to the installation, yet she chose to have us proceed as is. Yes, liens on property include fees for title search and filing fees. If there's a "scammer" here it's this individual.

  We wanted a roof replacement, siding installed, and gutter installation. When it comes to taking your money, he's very fast! He was very quick to get us a quote and pick up half the payment. From there, ZERO communication!! No scheduled date, no confirmation of any kind. I had to get ahold of him who said within 3 weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later I come home to people on my roof.As far as the siding and gutters, as he's picking up the extra materials, he said 3 weeks again. 4 weeks later a guy shows ** in an unmarked truck and starts walking around my house. No knock at the door or anything. No idea who this guy is. He shows up and says he needs more materials for the siding work and leaves. No communication from there.A guy shows up to look at the gutters... no knock at the door. Just a guy in an unmarked car walking around our house again. He looks at it and leaves. No communication from there.3 weeks later I have to call the company who says the siding order is canceled and the gutter work needs fascia replaced and he would send me a quote... 3 weeks later and I only know because I reached out to him!!!We paid for half the total work including the siding work, which he seems to be miscounting now. The people are here to replace the fascia after, again, I contacted HIM yesterday, and said 3 days from yesterday.... no knock at the door. Just the sound of walking and pounding coming from my roof.I highly recommend any other company if you want honest and professional management. We're getting together our check receipts because he's saying we owe over $1000 when we only still owe $130 from what we've paid to what was quoted... again, he seems to have forgotten half the siding was paid for. If this goes on any further I'll be making a BBB complaint instead.They get 2 stars only because the work being done at least seems to be decent enough to save them from only 1. The management leave a LOT to be desired.
