    I had such high hopes when I turned to this company. After eagerly paying for a test, I waited patiently, but no results came. Days turned into weeks, and my calls and messages went unanswered. Feeling lost, I turned to my bank for help. Only then did a representative from the company reach out, seemingly unaware of all my previous attempts to contact them. Now, even as I've lost faith and wish to part ways, they're holding onto my payment. It's been a truly disheartening experience.

    This person received services and then decided not to pay for them. Time and expenses were incurred on our part. Their own bank agreed and returned the funds to us. All attempts to correct the situation were rejected by them. They then wrote many fake negative reviews and posted in multiple places. Beware of this consumer.
