2 starsOur reface was done in August 2022. Within 6 months, the hinges were coming loose and were cracking the wood they were screwed into. We called the warranty department numerous times and had to wait a month for someone to come “fix” the problem. To date, this has happened 5 more times, with the same kitchen cabinets. Each time it has happened, we’ve called the warranty department and waited an average of a month before someone came. The last time they came, they moved one of the hinges, leaving holes in the cabinet. We have been waiting 3 weeks now for someone to come repair the holes. Many people seem to have had a good experience with this company. I caution you, however, if you choose Kitchen Savers, inspect every aspect of their work before signing off on the completed job. Do not assume the work was done a complete and professional manner.Review fromJeffrey Y

Oh boy did I get taken by kitchen saver. Not only did they not get the financing correct, but the quality of their products are less than sub- standard. All of the mittered cir n ers of the cabinet faces have large gaps and are uneven so that if you use a damp rag, you'll feel the uneven gaps, and forget using a swiffer for dust as you'll leave lint behind wherever you used it. Do yourself a favor and just but new cabinetry at ***** or **** *****. Their quality will be better on your budget.
