This company installed heat pump 21 years go. Their maintenance package has worked well for us, and their technicians have always been great. I recommend them highly.

tech came to job site quicker than promised, surveyed problem ( clogged drain to 2 units ) quickly cleared the blockage. Called another tech to "camera" the line, from the exterior clean out back to the house and down stream, not used to that kind of service !!! 1 starWe contracted on 03/27/2023 with Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for a complete new HVAC system. There were multiple problems with the installation services and with a subsequent duct cleaning service. The company did, eventually, resolve those problems. However, we have since discovered that the humidifier they specified and installed is not designed to provide sufficient humidification to reliably keep the indoor relative humidity between 30% and 50%, which is the level recommended by ***** and USPSC. This was not a problem that we had with the prior system, which was installed by a different company in 1990. Buckeye charged us for the service visit to check the unit, informed us that the unit was insufficient to handle "a house of this type," and offered to sell us a new unit for over $1200. This is a clear violation of the implied warranty of fitness for purpose in our contract with them. After I complained, they did express a desire to "resolve" this issue, but have not followed up. The lack of sufficient humidity in our house is causing discomfort and aggravating my pre-existing interstitial lung disease.Review fromAnthony K

Buckeye Service Technicians are much more than knowledgable furnace and AC Technicians, they are compassionate about their customers. During an early morning service call, I feinted from dehydration (Syncope). The Service Tech helped me into a chair, and noticing I had passed out, called 911, and told my wife who is handicapped. He described what happened to the crew as they loaded me into the ambulance. I spent one day in the hospital emergency section for many tests before they discharged me as they realized I had no heart or stroke issues. I have since thankfully spoken to the Buckeye Tech for his concern, since he also completed his furnace work. Not just knowledgable and polite, but caring. That is why we have Buckeye do all our annual service. ******* *. ( age 90 )Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

My wife and I had an amazing service call by ***** ***** from Buckeye Heating & Cooling last week. We recently had two new heating units installed with just 1 humidifier. One humidifier did not satisfy the size of our home and we would wake up each morning with dry mouth. We asked for a service call to check out the system and ***** serviced the equipment very thoroughly and professionally with good conversation while educating us with a smile. He noticed that a second humidifier was necessary to alleviate the problem and promptly scheduled an appointment to install a second humidifier 2 days later. The job took 3 hours to complete and he did a truly amazing job. His craftsmanship was outstanding and he verified for us why we continue to patronize Buckeye Heating & Cooling as they have a great crew of professional employees like ***** who truly care about their work and are genuinely committed to great customer satisfaction. We had our furnace checked as well as air duct cleaning. All 3 technicians were polite and knowledgeable. Weve never had either service done and all the techs explained the processes very well. Definitely would use their services in the future if the need arises.Buckeye Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I would highly recommend this company! They replaced our furnace and air conditioner (May 2024) and did a neat and thorough job. They were very polite and walked me through the new systems and thermostat and made certain I understood everything they did.
