The family of ****** ** ******* who unexpectedly died in February 2019, has continuedly received multiple letters & reminders from ORTA, Ohio Retirement for Teachers Association, the last 5 years. The family has notified the company repeatedly that ****** is deceased short of sending a death certificate which can be provided. We have returned most of the mail writing DECEASED - RETURN TO SENDER multiple times over the last several years to no avail. We understand if some company employees who have not lost a loved one would have absolutely no empathy regarding this upsetting and insensitive problem. We would also think a reputable business would not want to waste money on postage removing those deceased or not eligible off their mailing list sometime over the last 5 years. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Would you be so kind to assist our family in this very insensitive matter. What do we have to do to further resolve this? Thank you.

    Hello,

I have requested that ***** ****** be removed from the contact list from our marketing department. I have no record of any previous requests from her family or from the BBB. The request was to remove her was sent today. Hopefully, this will remove Ms. ****** from our contact list.

I have become inundated with unsolicited mail from ORTA. It has become an albatross. I have called and emailed to have my name and address removed from the mailing list, to no avail. Because I am not interested in joining, I do not wish to receive the unsolicited mail. My requests to have my information removed have been ignored. This has gone on for quite some time. It's as if I am being harassed.

I received the complaint letter dated March 12, 2024. In checking my records and emails, I am not able to locate any contacts from ******. I have sent her name to our partner (AMBA) and asked that she be removed from the contact list. This action will, hopefully, end the unwanted contacts Ms. ******* has received from our partner, AMBA.

Please let Ms. ******* know that her name has been removed and that she should feel free to reach out to me (***** ********) if she is contacted on behalf of our organization. My contact information is listed below:
