      I purchased Swiss Navy 4 oz silicone lube from their store on Alum Creek for $34.99 and they are selling the same exact product on their site for $24.99. I left a voicemail with their customer service department and never received a call back. I also sent a message on ******** and submitted a customer service ticket online. After finally receiving a response several days later on ******** they immediately blocked me from messaging them again. I then chatted with their customer service rep this morning on their website (I believe her name was ****) and she didnt care about solving the problem and was unprofessional. Price gouging is unethical! You have lost 2 customers and even more once I tell others of my experience!
