I went to Johnson Farm for turkey processing on 10/7/2023.I took 21 turkeys in that day.I told the guys that were processing them that I wanted the necks and gizzards. He said that’s fine. I get to the office and the guy that was loading them said he counted 24 total.I told him “no,there should have been only 21 and I counted them 3 times while waiting in line” he stated “no I counted 24”. When he got done I asked him where are the necks and gizzards and he says oh yea hold on one second and comes back out with them.I then went inside and paid for 24 turkeys processing fee,the bags to put them in, necks ,gizzards and a couple bags of ice and I ended up spending $552.75.When I got home and starting packaging the turkeys I only counted 21 the same amount I took in and ONLY HALF THE QUANTITY of necks and gizzards. The necks and gizzards I did received looked like they were thrown on floor because they were dirty and had feathers on them. They over charged me and also one of my turkeys that I received back had every bone in his body broken As if they “accidentally “dropped it on floor and put it in my cooler and didn’t tell me. I then called Linda the next morning and she stated that she is sorry this happened and will call Wayne to see how we are gunna settle it and have him call you and if not I’ll call you back.I’ve called back several times later in October 2023 and she states the same thing every time I called.Since the last call I made around November 1,2023 they are not answering or returning my calls. The $552.75 was processed out of my account on 10/10/2023.I have a screenshot for proof and the appointment date on my calendar which I have a screenshot of as well.I want them to own for what they done to a repeating costumer who has been dealing with their business for 3 years and pay what they owe me to make things right. Can’t run a business this way and over charge customers and not ever return their phone call when their is an issue. Not very professional.
