1 starWe live in a 55+ community in ********, **. The tile on the walls of my shower enclosure are so wavy. We contacted our warranty person and one of the supervisors came out to see. He was a miserable little man with a huge attitude. He said nothing can be done because it meets SC standards. Weve since told our warranty person we wanted to speak to his manager. He was nice but said the same thing if its less than 2 credit card thickness, it meets SC standards. I still need Dramamine, every time I go in there. The did agree to replace a few flooring tiles that were very uneven and posed a tripping hazard. When they regrouted, the color of the grout did not match so they had to come back. About 6 months later 2 of the new floor tile cracked so they came back to replace them. Again, the grout color does not match. Again, I contacted my warranty person, who *** work for our developer, not Rite Rug. Its now 7 weeks later and still no response from Rite Rug. I would not recommend them. **************** is awful and quality of workmanship is even worse.Review fromJames C

5 starsWe decided to get rid of our carpet and replace it with hard flooring. We had used Rite Rug before at a previous home so we reached out to them again. ***** the salesman was very professional and engaging. He showed us his samples and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. He worked with us on choosing a day to have the work done. The workers were very polite and checked in with us every step of the way. We were very happy with the way the floors turned out and we would highly recommend ***** and his team.Review fromTina Z

I just wanted to take the time and warn neighbors about Rite Rug in *********. My Aunt hired Rite Rug a few months agoto lay linoleum in her bathroom and washroom and carpet her basement after a water leak caused flooding. Rite Rug came in and the workers cut the linoleum outside and brought it in to install. After they left my Aunt and Uncle went downstairs to start putting things back and place and immediately noticed the linoleum had been cut quite short. Even after hanging up the trim, there was still about 2 cm cap all the way around the room. She called Rite Rug to complain and they did absolutely NOTHING about it, no discount, and did not come and correct. My Aunt and Uncle are almost 80 years old and I believe both are showing signs of dementia so after she hung up the phone she forgot about it. They were supposed to get back with her and never did. It is disgusting when businesses takes advance of good elderly people.

5 starsI am a homeowner and I had Rite Rug lay LVT in a hallway and two rooms. Last month in the hallway I had a concern. I called ************************** and she gave me appointment that worked into my schedule. *** came over and fix my concern and found a gap in a transmission piece. *** took notes gave them to **************** and then called and ordered a new transmission piece. *** came over as soon as the part came in and installed the new part. *** works is excellent and the floor looks perfect. 5 stars*****, the salesman who came to our house was so great to work with, as was ****** in customer service! The installation went well. We had a squeak in one spot and ****** sent someone out to repair it the next day. Well definitely call RiteRug again when we need to replace carpet in our home.Review fromMike P

5 starsI worked with ***** ****** to put new flooring in our entire first floor after we had some water damage. ***** was quick to step in and give us a bunch of options to choose from. 5 stars*** was great to work with in setting up what we wanted and picking out the best flooring for our needs. Communication was always great and never an issue. He was also willing to work with our schedule to get us a quote as well as take care of the installation. The crew that installed the carpet was wonderful and did a fabulous job removing our old carpet and installing the new carpet. They made sure to leave no trace of their work behind which was impressive. We are extremely satisfied with RiteRug Flooring!Review fromPam F
