    Terrible service, they don't want to talk to you only email. Trying to be a new customer because Authorized.net works with them. Didn't know they processed all online echecks through them they held our customers money for two weeks until I called. They started to ask questions why so many invoices well thats a odd question to ask a business. I guess a business is supposed to have a small amount of invoices at the start. Then asked about the customer name and invoicing and payment had a different name. This is something I cannot control they pay the invoices through a portal and enter the information themselves. Didn't end there asked what these invoices are for so I explained they are for services we provide to selected few customers on fulfillment/refurbishment. At that point sent me an email telling me they closed my account. If I could give a zero I would on how to treat possible new customers. I was told because they looked at my website didn't match what they thought it should is reason for closing the account just terrible service.
