    Yes, my name is **** ****. I'm calling in for complaint number **********. My phone number is ###-###-####, and I'm calling and complaining about some bathroom remodeling I had done here at my house at **** ********* ******* ********* ***** *****. What it was, back in May, I had a gentleman by the name of ******* ****** come in, and we settled on a price to do the work. During the process, during the end of the work in May, towards the end of May, I had to go in for a kidney transplant. So my wife and I gave him what outstanding balances that we owed him. And we thought everything was going to be good. He would take care of whatever needs to be fixed or whatever, but it didn't happen. I got out of hospital about June 5th or 6th from the transplant. And when I got home, I immediately noticed some things that he should have taken care of before he left the property and took his tools. There was a crack in my outer wall going into the bathroom at the top where he busted some dry wall. They didn't repair that. and, you know, other ideas of the job or finishing things that, you know, where he didn't put enough grout in certain areas and this, that, that, and that and other. But I've called him and texted him several times with no return calls. So, I like to try to work out a settlement with him where he gives me at least $1 ,400 of my money back so I can get somebody in here and fix these problems that I'm having with the regrouting and fixing of the wall and all that. And that's what I'm offering him for a solution. If you can help me with that, I would appreciate that very, very much. Okay, again, **** ****, ###-###-#### and BBB, complaint number **********.     Yes, my name is **** ** ****. I'm filing a complaint against Martinez Home Improvements and Renovations, proprietor being ******* ******** with address of *** ********** ***** ********** ****. I had him give me a price for doing my rear bathroom in the rear of my house only thing I've seen constructed so far he's got some drywalls up and I got over forty three hundred dollars worth of material and money and material spread out there and only thing I've seen now that that has been the drywall and a vanity base washbowl base base for the bathroom. I've been dealing with this guy, he doesn't come to work, he plays games, and I need to get my money back, period. And if he wants, if he think I owe him something, then we'll work it out, we'll outpay him what I think I owe him, not what he thinks I owe him, as much work as he's in this.
