    I was introduced to Keith S****** or MS3 Properties in December 2022 by a friend. He provided me with NO physical contract, it was all verbal and text. He agreed to built my salon for in 3 months and gave me a quote and i needed to pay him 1/2, so i did, which he said he will take care all the documents, permits and blueprints. Hired him 12/15/22 until 3/15/23, there was not even a blueprints and he said i have all the permits in my trucks,,,well none were found. I wish he was honest with me that he is not familiar with building commercial salon...he took the job and could never finished. I mean the blueprint is the foremost thing, but 3 months there was none. He agreed verbally to pay me 56% of what i paid him, i agreed to accept the 56% of the money i paid him. since May/24 and he never follow through any payment for me, not even a dime. DO NOT HIRE him! I have all the text and the proof of payments. I will seek for a lawsuit against him and put a Lean on his license. This is unethical to do this to people hard working money.
