    The website advertises free estimates however when the technician comes out and you do not elect to have a service done, they want charge you $95. This fee is never disclosed online or in the email communications. I also have video of what appears to be the technician planting a bug on my porch upon his arrival which he was very eager to point out to me when I answered the door.

We have updated our terminology from "Free Estimate" to "Hassle-Free Quote" to more accurately reflect our services. We have also made our inspection fees prominent during both the initial estimate request and the final submission process.
