    I brought them a glass pumpkin to wrap and ship safely - it was a gift for a friend. It arrived with one side shattered. I asked for reimbursement of $23.01 that I paid for wrapping and shipping. I was told - by the owner - that it had been properly wrapped (by her). I disagreed. I also told her that I didn't realize until I read the receipt later that packages sent by USPS, which mine was, have a declared value of 0. The owner also argued with me about that, stating she always tells people that information. She was argumentative and took NO responsibility at all, even when I showed her a photo of the shattered glass object she packed.

    I took a small Manila envelope with 4 Boy Scout patches in it to be mail to **********, regular **** mail. Was told it would be $17. I verified **** regular mail and was told yes again. I refused. Took it to the ************ It cost $1.23.
