Every time they would come they are very rough stepping hard on the sprinkler heads and then saying they need to be replaced because they leak. or i need a new panel. after they touched it. Also you pay for them to do back flow they file the paper work but DO NOT come back out and tage and date the system. and the licensed Plumber never comes for the back flow.Business Response

We do push down on the heads at winterization time to make sure all the water has been fully removed so there is not water left to freeze over the winter. But we do not push hard enough to break them or cause any issues. We also offer a very water efficient controller that we recommend to all customers. It will read the weather forecast and adjust watering schedule automatically. This will save the homeowner significant amounts of water. We just let the homeowners know about the recommended repairs/upgrades to their system and make these proposals. And looking at the history for this account we have not given very many proposals for repairs to the system or completed any repairs outside basic services since 2021. If there are any issues with the system since we started it up in May we have not heard. As for the backflow inspection we came last month and tested the backflow. We sent an text and email notification that it was completed. It was then submitted on *****'s online portal. I have attached a copy of the receipt. If the homeowner would like to schedule a complimentary assessment of the irrigation system we would be happy to schedule that. We had sent that offer out on 7/16. Thanks!

This year when they came to turn everything back on, they left the cap off on the out side. I asked the rep to reseal the pipe and siding. He said "I have to run to ace hardware and I will come back".'. He never returned. I scheduled them to come back to do the seal and put the cap back on while we were out of town. There is now silicone and foam all over the siding and foundation. I reached out to the company to tell them the issue. They said the Owner, **************** be contacting me. After *** texted me requesting the photos, he said "they" don't use foam just silicone. It's important to note that I didn't ask for anything. All I did was say you need to see the pictures of what was done. I expect it to be cleaned up and done correctly.Business Response

We are currently working on getting the site cleaned up and working with the homeowner on a resolution. This is not a product that is typically used in repairs by our technicians and we are sorry for the inconvenience.Customer Answer

Description: Annual maintenance contract for lawn sprinkler system includes a back flow test required by the City of Columbus in order to maintain water service. To date the company has not performed the back flow test, nor submitted the required information to the city of Columbus. Repeated attempts to have this service performed have not resolved the issue. Conserva first sent an employee not certified to perform the test. A second employee did not show as scheduled. Continued calls to the company have not resolved the issue. We received a letter from the City of Columbus dated 5/31/2023 that they will begin proceedings to shut of our water service in two weeks time if the back flow test is not performed. We have made Conserva aware of this in numerous phone calls.Business Response

I paid $330 for the annual "Water Like a Pro Package" on February 9, 2023. This package includes Spring Start-Up, Backflow Inspection, Winter shut down and 3 water adjustments throughout the season. Conserva Irrigation scheduled 2 appointments (April 12 and April 26), which required me to be home for a 2 hour window waiting for them. They did not show up either time and did not call to cancel. I have been trying to call and chat online numerous times, with no response. The person on the chat tells me that Lee, the owner, will call me back ASAP and I just get voicemail when I call and leave a message, with no return call. At this point, I have been waiting for 2 months to have my system turned on and the City of Columbus has sent me Past Due Notice for my backflow test.Business Response
