    This company sent an installer to my ****!, he dropped the top of my TV stand on my TV and cracked it and damaged my TV stand. Now they want to send lithe people to my home to see the damage when they have caused enough damage to begin with. I have sent pictures and that's not good enough for them.

    Good morning. We are aware of the incident referenced in ******************************* submission and are fully committed to resolving the issue quickly. We do need to verify the alleged damage including the specific make and model of the television in her home. While we did receive a few photos, none of the show the TVs model number. If we are permitted to send a manager to her home to evaluate the situation, we can provide a timely settlement to your claim. Thank you.
