5 starsGreat service and Fast HELP!On a Thursday Care Heating & Cooling (CH&C) did my annual air conditioner maintenance with no issues , but Saturday morning when we woke up there was no heat. I immediately called CH&C and they had a tech at my home within an hour- pretty amazing for an early weekend morning! I thought perhaps the previous tech had forgotten to turn the furnace back on. Unfortunately, such an easy resolution wasn't the case: the inducer motor for the furnace wasn't functioning properly, which is why the furnace didn't turn on. The tech showed me how a wire sparked when touched, which really frightened me. I feared such a spark could cause an explosion... at the very least I worried we'd be without heat for the entire weekend. I had anticipated the motor would have to be ordered and won't arrive until mid week. Luckily the furnace continued to work, and on Monday CH&C was successful in locating a new inducer motor, and installed it that afternoon- Whoopee! The bad news was the part and installation cost $636, an expense I hadn't anticipated, which is why I gave 4 stars for the cost. BUT, the service is worth 10 stars!! Care Heating & Cooling (CH&C) as always, came to the rescue. Thanks guys!Review fromJackie R

*** used this company for 15 years for everything from annual furnace and AC check up to install of a new AC to repair of a whole house humidifier. They are truly honest, have never charged me for something I didnt need and their work is always good! It doesn't matter if they installed the appliance or not, they will come do a check up (and tune up if needed). The employees are knowledgeable and respectful. Prices are great. I really cant think of another house service Ive ever used for anything that Ive been so pleased with.

Time gets away from me, but I think we've been Care H&C customers for roughly a decade now. They have ALWAYS been professional, prompt, thorough and honest. That last quality, honesty, is NOT something you can take for granted these days, but Care has earned a great reputation. They don't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, they stand behind their work, and I always recommend them to my real estate clients with confidence.CARE Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Care Heating & Cooling, Inc. sent me a very knowledgable technician, who answered all of my questions. And he was very respectful. The price that I paid, was very competitive. 5 stars**** came to perform the annual furnace inspection. He was here within the specified time frame and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I've been a customer of Care Heating & Cooling for about 10 years and will continue to use their services.
