    Mr. ********************** switched his evaluation fee of $84.00 to an hourly fee without notice, and sent us an invoice for $1,384.00 despite not presenting a proposal, estimates or potential plans we could use.

    Good Afternoon ***************,We submitted all documentation and information to the BBB regarding the complaint for their review and yours. We were happy to provide all text and email documentation to help assist and clarify the understanding of the project and what we discussed. We received communication from BBB interested coordinating a resolution between both parties.BBB response: I was working towards this being resolved, but it seems *************** will not consider the 50% reduction. She has attempted to take this to mediation, though we have denied her request and all that is on the table is binding arbitration. She has until tomorrow to respond with what she would like to do/decision to move forward with arbitration or take this out of our hands. We were happy to meet in the middle and comply with BBB's offer, but unfortunately you were not interested in the resolution that the BBB reviewed was fair for both parties. The BBB has closed this complaint in result of that circumstance. This will now be passed to our collection team, American Profit Recovery.
