    Paid full price for a graphics card in May of 2021, got put in a waiting queue but it only moved once. When asking for a refund they offered to exchange the value for other product, after agreeing that would work I never heard back and haven't been able to get a hold since.

    It's been 20 months. A product was shipped with half the components and promised the other half when they had the product (This was 17 months ago). I have been blocked on their social media and they will not respond to emails or calls. They claim I have received the product, they conducted a shady business deal where the invoice is labeled as a custom order without describing what the products would be (even though I talked over the phone before ordering and selected what I wanted). Took ***** USD from me but only have ***** to show for it. Incredibly disappointed and unable to do a chargeback due to the time-lapse. But that is my fault for having good faith in the business as the owner seemed like a reasonable person.

    Ordered a GPU in Jan of 2021 and waited till October of the same year to request a refund as I know the market was tights. Now the market has available product and I still have not received my refund after waiting 8 months
