      Hammer and Nails is a mens grooming salon that runs on a subscription based service. I had the "basic" Subscription and started paying on May 24th 2024 for $75 a month.

      On Jan 21st 2025, I requested my membership be canceled to the receptionist in person, and was told that she would "Put me on the list." Unfortunately it is very unclear how to cancel the membership formally and there is no information on the website other than stating you can cancel "anytime." I was then charged again on JAN 24th 2025.

      When I went back in on Feb 15th 2025 I asked once again to make sure that my membership be canceled and was told for a second time that "It would be taken care of." The business continued to charge me for another two months on FEB 24th and MAR 24th. when I caught this on Monday March 24th, I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager, it was at this time that she told me she could only refund me for the month of Mmrch and not for the other two because my name was not on any of her "cancellation lists".

      I told her that if my name was put on the cancellation list to begin with, that I would not be having this problem. I suspect this was simple negligence by the receptionist on multiple occasions of me asking to have my membership canceled. Unfortunately now I am out a total of $150

      Cancelled my subscription end of last year, my card has still been charged after cancelling. Need refund for those charges that weren't approved or unfulfilled services.
