5 starsWe had been saving for new windows in our front room and of course I wanted the best of the best but my husband was fine with going to ****** or some other home improvement store. He was skeptical to say the least. Thank you Daniel for changing his mind. That young man was very knowledgeable answered all of our questions & made buying windows feel personable, like he was an old pal . He also laughed at all my husbands bad jokes MAJOR bonus. I called Universal Windows Direct regarding a window that would not raise. Their repair guy was here promptly the next morning. He fixed the issue quickly, and even rescreened the window, since it was torn in one small place. This company delivers excellent customer service. WOW! Rob W*** and Daniel W***** came to our home and layed out a great plan to replace our roof and windows with the best quality of materials. We talked to others but the quality wasn’t the same. These guys are very professional and yet so easy to talk to. They showed us everything that goes into a roof replacement and we were amazed. True quality. They were also able to replace our windows in the same time frame. What a blessing. Call these guys, you’ll be glad you did!Universal Windows Direct of Southwest Ohio
