    I have NO business with Sentrilock. I never used any of their lockboxes, or any of their services. I didn't even login to my account but once, and saw I'm being charge an "Agent Fee Bill". The only reason I ever signed up is because they kept bugging me emails. I never even agreed to their terms that you're presented with when you first sign in. They refused to remove the Agent Fee Bill charge. Sentrilock should be reported for abuse.

    Attention all Realtors in the Washington Metropolitan Area ( MD, DC, VA), it is time to boycott these thieves. We're paying these guys for services they can't provide. I have bought boxes from ***** and the boxes would die, after changing battery, paying for battery pack, ultimately had to cut the box off the listing. I received my bills for the annual services for $145, I sent to make a payment the website says my association doesn't accept ****. Of course, when the website came back to normal, I'm already late and had to pay an additional $50 for late fee. This company is doing whatever they want, since there are no regulations for them; they take what they want and answer to no one. It's great stuff when low life ****** ***** make decisions for minorities.

When you called into the SentriLock Support Team for assistance, the late fee was waived and your payment was successfully received. Additionally, we searched our records indicating failure of your lockboxes, and we don't see anything logged in the last six (6) months. SentriLock does stand by our products and will be happy to provide assistance if you run into any challenges in the future.
