      Contacted Koala Of Cincinnati, *** ********* ***, Morrow OH the first week of December about coming out to do the yearly inspection to keep the Limited Lifetime Warranty up to date by way of email to Mr. ****** Mr. ***** responded he'd be in touch. Since that time, Mr. ****l has not been in contact with me at all. I called the business number, which appears to be his personal phone number, no return calls. I have sent multiple emails to ************************** with no response.

      I hired Koala Insulation of Cincinnati to perform closed cell insulation. I was quoted $3,000 to complete the job. Due to Koala not coming at my scheduled time or completing the work after multiple rescheduling and the verbal commitment from Matt D*** that the work would be completed Thursday, November 2, 2023, I told them I no longer required their services. Matt **** told me I owed 45% of the job. I told him I disagreed and wanted to talk with the owner. He did not identify himself as the owner. I was previously told he was a manager and scheduler. I was sent an invoice for $1,450 (48%). I repeated to Matt **** and Gary N**** that this was not an accurate percentage of the work performed and requested to speak with the owner. I was not contacted by the owner, rather I received a third invoice. The business had committed to closed cell insulation of an addition walls and ceiling at varying thicknesses. The dispute is, Koala rendered less than 45% of the services quoted at $3,000. Koala Insulators of Cincinnati worked a total of 2.25 hours. According to insulator onsite named Nick and Matt D***, 1 of the 2.25 was too cold for insulation. According to the insulator on site, five additional hours were required to complete the job. 1.25 hours of insulation out of 6.25 estimated total hours for completion does not equate 45% job completion. The actual work performed is closer to 20%. I am willing to pay up to 30% completion, $900 to settle the services rendered. After I informed Matt **** that I did not agree with 45% and I wanted to work on a settlement with the owner, Matt **** did not identify himself as the owner, I have been sent three invoices for $1,450 with no contact from Koala. Estimate #****. Invoice #***. Koala’s invoice includes "terms" including a lien being filed for invoice “not paid immediately” has me under duress while I try to resolve the discrepancy between Matt **** telling me we can settle at 45% complete although 45% was not completed.
