    Same as other reviews. Same person answers the phone and gives excuses for not having results.

    This is a scary place to send your most personal information as it's your genetic imprint because once they take your money they don't give you your results. I've called 6 times in 2 months and 2 weeks. For 2 weeks they told me that "THE LADY IN CHARGE OF HUMAN DNA" was out the office. The flowing week I called again but "the lady was out to lunch." A few weeks later I finally got a hold of the lady she said "your results will be in on August the 6th. But they weren't. So I called again they told me it was a mistake because the results were going to be ready on the 9th, which they werent! So I called yesterday and a very nasty woman talked over me and was hanging up without giving me an answer, when I asked her why she wasn't giving me an answer she lied yelling that I did not let her talk when in fact she was the one talking over me. Then she said there was an UT error and she was going to find out and will email me yesterday within the next 2 hours. I gave her until tonight but she never emailed me. I checked again and there are no results posted. This is a very scary co.oamy to send your DNA because you are dealing with 1 crazy woman who yell at you and doesn't care and withholds your information for who knows what eerie purposes. Beware!

    This is a scam. I paid money and never got result from them. Customer service is sloppy won't respond to your queries
