      I purchased a sleeping bag from this merchant's ****** store three weeks ago. The product made claims that it was certified for cold weather use. I can testify with confidence : it is not. After having my camping experience ruined, I contacted the merchant inquiring to see their certifications and proof of their testing on this product. After some back and forth and stalling, the merchant finally acknowledged they were advertising a new style of product but fulfilling the orders with an old style, in error. I'm not sure if this is true, or not, but they acknowledged having sent me a different product than advertised. When asking to have the "new style" which I paid for delivered, the merchant refused. When asking for a refund, they refused. They are deferring to ****** to remedy the situation however ****** will not intervene when there is an attempt to defraud customers for products fulfilled by ****** but not sold by ****** ****** provided email address for merchant who has been moderately responsive but will not make any efforts to remedy the situation
