    This park took my 54$ application fee but never responded to my application, and as a result of that, I lost the chance to purchase a mobile home here . They will take your money and ripp u off

    Incredibly rude management—-assuming you could ever find them in office or contact them by phone. (Voice mailbox is always full, and phone is rarely answered.) Maintenance is nonexistent. Some neighbors are noisy, parking where they shouldn’t be, working on cars, trash everywhere…and some even urinating outdoors. Have witnessed drug sales.

    I would give this a -10 rating. Been here for over 12 years and now they changed how to find out what we owe on line versus mailing us a break down of what we owe. Elderly people who don't have access to internet to find out what they owe. Heaven forbid if you need to call and ask what you owe Manager ******** one of the rudest unprofessional and intimidating person I have ever seen. Oh the manager wants tenants to pay online and pay extra for processing. Attorney **************** has been contacted along with Commerce due to street lights not working, drainage issues, grass not being cut. This is worst ever, now our trash is going on two weeks not being picked up. We pay for trash pickup
