  It went very well, very professional showed up on time did the work in a timely manner was very careful when bringing the trees down not to damage the neighbors fence and even cleaned up everything. Would have them again if ever needing tree work done again.

  It took 10 weeks to get this professional arborist here. He dropped limbs where he did not intend. He damaged adjacent trees and left it. He piled 400 pound logs against healthy trees and left it. He lost control of his biggest cut and hit my deck with a tree. He created a colossal mess. He snuck in and “fixed” the deck without my knowledge or consent.

  At the time of the estimate the customer had stated he wanted a “no clean up”, in the tree industry a no clean up means to drop all the wood and brush on the ground and leave it lay. After doing so, the customer had expressed his frustration with what a true no clean up means. After speaking with the customer, he had asked my crew to cut pieces into manageable sections and pile the brush. All logs were cut into 15” firewood sections and stacked; these pieces weighed approximately 20 pounds each. The customer had then brought my crew an estimate from a competitor stating that it was our quote. The competitor estimate was quoted as a “clean up” and was more expensive than ours. We strive for great customer service and accurate lead times, however due to rain and inclement weather, lead times do get pushed back from time to time. Unfortunately the nature of this business is unpredictable.
