    I received a partial order I placed back near the end of December 2022. After a couple of weeks I received a partial order. It is now August 11, 2023 and have not received the balance of the order. I emailed a couple of times inquiring about my order. They responded twice, but after I suggested they send a substitute item if they didn't have what I ordered, I received no more correspondence or communications with them.

    On February 26, 2023 I placed an order with Leslie’s patterns LTD for scroll saw blades. The total cost was $25.80 which included shipping and handling. They took this amount out of my account on February 28 of 2023. I was checking the website it says it’s down but it showed that my blades have not been shipped. On March 14, 2023. I sent an email and have not received a response or blades. I either want the blades or my money. Return it to my checking account.

    On 12/19/22 I placed an Online order ( Order #******) with them for $90.90 to be paid using PayPal Express. On same day I received an Email from them confirming the order, as well as an Email from PayPal stating a payment for $90.90 had been paid to them. On 01/02/23 I received an Email from them stating their Internet service had been down, but that my order would be shipped within 24 hrs. via UPS Ground. I have not received my order from them as yet. I have sent several Emails to them stating this fact that I still haven't received my merchandise, and requested they contact me concerning this matter. They have yet to respond to any of my requests. Their website does indeed show my order was received, payment was made and that order was shipped vis UPS.

    I placed an order on 11/6/22, received a "notification of shipment" with no tracking number. They purposely do not include a tracking number on their confirmations, requiring you to ask for it or saying USPS doesn't do tracking unless XYZ. However, having shipped many times with USPS, I know that is not true. In the past, when we had ordered from Lesley's Patterns, it had taken longer than expected, but we finally received our orders. With our November order, after not receiving it a few weeks later, I left numerous voice messages, emails, and texts. The first email and text said they would look into the problem, but I never heard anything after that. I tried to pursue repeatedly for weeks. I finally turned over to my bank, but I'm out of luck unless a payment is returned by the business which has now pulled their website, Facebook page, etc. At least this order was only $57.80 instead of the larger orders made in the past.

I emailed requesting tracking but got no response. Today is Jan 30th and I have emailed several times asking for at least a response, but now that I check here with the BBB I see that this is not a reputable business, to say the least. They do NOT respond! I want either my blades or my money refunded. There must be some way to stop people like these from taking advantage of the trust of other and stealing their money.

    On December 5, 2022 I ordered a multi set of scroll saws blades from Lesley Patterns using my credit card for $29.94. The order was placed through their website. I received an acknowledgement from them the same day saying the order would in one to two days. They charged my credit card. I never received the blades. As of January 3, 2023 I have reached out to Lesley Patterns a total of 7 times to no avail. Communications were through their website, text messages, and phone call left with detailed voice messages. NONE of my communications were acknowledged or answered. Their voice mail assured me that they would return all communications. Nothing.

    Placed order 11/15/22 for scroll saw blades. Order ******. Rec’d order confirmation. On 11/16/22 received email notification order had shipped. Have not received order. I have emailed the company twice, phoned twice, texted multiple times asking for tracking information. I got one text response on Dec 8 saying they would get back to me Dec 9th with tracking info. No further response. I texted several times since. No response. I have requested a full refund. $34.49.

    Transaction date; 9/19/22 Order #: ****** Amount paid: 43.05 Nature of dispute: I ordered 10 dozen various scrollsaw blades. Order not completely filled. Only send 1 dozen #7 blades, they said that remaining five dozen where on backorder. They never sent remaining five dozen #7 blades to fill the order. I have texted, called and left message over a week ago, no reply. Today I made comment on their company Facebook page which they immediately removed.

    Complaint regards two orders: (1) 10/18/22 order partially received and others backordered; (2) 11/25/22 order not received. Both orders have been paid in full prior to any shipment. I sent email follow-up on 12/08/22 regarding issues and received no response. I phoned business on 12/12/22 with no phone pickup and voicemail inbox was full and could not accept messages. I am requesting fulfillment of both orders or refund for items not received.
