    I've had excellent experience with Josh. He replaced our outdoor bib a few years ago and more recently replaced the handle on a Moen faucet that had broken off. (Always buy Moen - they sent me the handle and cartridge replacement for free). Excellent work, has always been on time for us.

    Awful. They were hired to install a new bathtub faucet for my elderly father. Finished installing, closed it up, and left. Woke up the next morning to water all over the floor after one of the new solder joints leaked behind the wall. After trying to get ahold of them several times, they sent someone out to fix it. They repaired the solder joint and broke a tile in the process. Offered no compensation for the damages or inconvenience and left.
