    I first called the place about 2 weeks ago asking for information about changing my locks. I was informed I would need my tumblers replaced and that it would cost $50 per lock I was also informed that it would be much cheaper than replacing locks from the store. I agreed to have five locks changed from my house and it would cost me $250. On the day of the appointment the technician showed up and started evaluating the situation. He used a tool called a "smart key" to rekey the locks on my quick key set. At this point I realized that my tumblers didn't need replaced and I felt that I was being overcharged for what was called rekeying. I tried to speak to my technician but as he didn't speak English he had no clue what I was talking about. I paid the agreed upon price but called the office the next day to discuss the pricing. I spoke to someone that claimed to own the business and told me that they didn't overcharge me and that this was the agreed upon price even though I explained that I was originally told that my tumblers needed replaced and that they weren't replaced. The man started getting very agitated and yelled exclaiming that he recorded my conversation from the other day and that's when I agreed upon the price. I asked him to pull up the recorded conversation from when I first made the appointment and he refused to review the recorded information. He then began to cut me off and yell over top of me telling me that I was not ripped off or taking advantage of. I explained to him that I could do this job myself for less than $20 from home Depot and not to mention that I actually finished the job at my house myself with his technicians smart key because of the language barrier. Either way this did not change anything he was still very rude giving out misinformation and overpricing for mediocre work. I do not recommend that you use this company unless you're eager for disappointment.
