    ****** of doing business with **** ******, Supreme ****************************** In October 2023 we signed a contract to install a deck. Mr. ****** claimed to be busy for the remainder of the season, but he promised that we would be the first installation in the spring as soon as weather permitted. In return, he requested a down-payment to schedule the project. His price was better than othershe said that was because he did most of the work himself. We were happy with the price and confident he knew what he was doing, so we provided the ***************** forward to today (October 2024). No deck, no activity at all. He claims that he cannot build our deck because he cant find a laborer to help him with the job. Fair enoughits a tight job market. But we have indicated we therefore want to cancel the project and have requested a refund of our deposit. All communication has ceased and he has refuses to provide the refund. We have waisted not only money, but almost a year of our time!**** ****** will lowball a price quote and promise timely completion of your project in return for a deposit to schedule construction. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO HIM BECAUSE HE MAY STEAL IT. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

    We are happy to recommend ********************* and his Supreme Fence and ************* **** gave us a competitive quote to replace two flights of wood deck stairs at our home. We paid 50% down for materials. He and ***** promptly began the job, kept us updated, worked diligently for long hours, and did great work. It required replacing failing cleat-design stairs with proper 3-******** designs that turned out very sturdy and well done. Job was completed quickly. Thanks **** and *****.
