On 1/30/23, I shipped a pkg from The UPS Store in Troy, OH. Total shipping cost was $20. Value of the item shipped was $80. I was given a delivery date of 2/1/23 (Tracking # ******************). On 2/3, the recipient of the pkg informed me they had not received the pkg. Tracking showed as delivered; however, it was not delivered to the ship to address (unknown where it was delivered). I called The UPS store and was informed I would need to call UPS Customer Service (CS) to file a complaint. UPS CS said I need to contact the UPS Store to file the complaint. On 2/6, the Mgr of the UPS Store said the claims process was taken away from UPS franchise on 1/24/23. I called UPS CS and they sent link to file claim. Link required user id/password or acct #. I have neither. UPS CS said (again) I needed to file claim at UPS Store. On 2/7, UPS Store informed me they filed claim on my behalf. On 2/14, I received a VM from UPS Store claim has been processed and was issued. They will call me when to come in and pick up the $100. On 3/3, I followed up with UPS Store. Store Mgr said she had not heard from UPS. She would check with the girl who filed the claim and call me back. I received no call back. On 3/9, I called UPS Store and left message for store mgr to call me. I received no call back. On 3/10, I made four attempts to call UPS store with no answer. After 4th call, I called from a different phone # and call was answered by store mgr. She once again said she would have to call UPS. I said this matter reached a point to be escalated to her manager so I could get a resolution. I asked for her manager's name/phone number. Store mgr would not give it to me. She said she would follow up with UPS and call me back. I never received a call back.
