   I always like giving smaller companies a chance in proving themselves. I have a new patio (maybe 4 years old) and felt that my sealant had already wore off. I reached out to many on Facebook and like Dynamite Services (Logan) sales pitch as well as 10 year warranty. He showed up as expected and applied sealant. Less than a week later I started noticing Gray Blotches all over my patio that I never experienced before with previous company. I messaged him and he advised that sometimes it's an absorption issue and will stop by later to apply additional sealant. He did show up to apply additional sealant but the gray blotches reappeared MORE. I messaged him back and I didn't hear back for several days after sending the same message daily. I finally received a messaged saying it had to be my concrete. I advised him I never experienced this reaction mess before with previous company/sealant. I advised him that I just can't swallow HUNDREDS of dollars and would appreciate this is made right. No more responses received. Anyone who wants before/after pictures please let me know. I will be posting this on other sites!

  Hello this is Logan Holland! First off I want to say is that Dynamite Dumpster rentals had no affiliation with this job! The customer asked us to come re seal his patio, I told him for $700.00 I can come get that done for him! The concrete condition before I sealed it was not in the greatest shape, I sealed it and it looked good. I did not pour the patio so I don’t know anything about the mix.

  I have (before) pictures showing that my patio was in great condition but since it was coming up on 4 years being poured and sealed, that it may need a new sealant applied.  I had no Gray blotches prior to having Dynamite Services applying his 10-year warranty sealant onto my patio.  after days of the sealant sitting in, I received MANY Gray Blotches all over my patio.  He first said that it just needed to have a 2nd coat applied because of extra absorbing required.  After 2nd application (days later again).  MORE Gray blotches appeared than before all over my patio.  I never had this before with previous sealant.  Mr. Holland's response was that he would ask some of his concrete friends for answers.  He later came back and said it's because of my concrete.  I reminded him AGAIN that I have pictures of my patio prior to him coming over and with my 4-year existing sealant with first company that I never experience any discolored blotches on my patio.
