*********** ********** ***, one of our companies purchased the Bertsch Plate Rolls on April 21, 2021 from G-2000 Inc-**** *****. At that time, I was told that the Bertsch Plate Rolls were in excellent running condition. This was a total misrepresentation as we were not able to have this machine running until the end of September 2022 and spent over $20,000.00. At the time of purchase, we were at the height of COVID-19 and travel was almost impossible. I asked G-2000 Inc-**** ***** if I could pay COD for the Bertsch Plate Rolls but I was told that wouldn't be possible. I called the Better Business Bureau for G-2000 Inc for their area and I explained the situation and they said that there were no complaints in the past. So based on this conversation I emailed the payment. A further explanation will be attached in more detail in the supporting document area below.

There is a 30 day return policy. At the buyers expense to ship the machine back for a refund. We worked passed the 30 days with him and then didn't hear from him for about 6 months. Since we stopped hearing from him we closed the dispute. I thought we made it right and everything was ok.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

We were told the machine was in good working condition. The reports from the Electrical Company show that this was not the case. The machine was jimmy rigged to temporarily work. We now to seek legal action against a company that would sell a product as this machine was sent to us with incorrect parts and bypassing safety functions to operate.

    Sincerely,
