    Had a agreement with **** who is an assistant at stop N Lock. When I came in Friday, October 27th to pay off my storage and remove my items. Found out from **** that ****** auction my storage unit off Thursday. I didn't receive a notification or call. I have pictures and personal information with everyone social security numbers on it. Now I have to file a few Identity thefts. All I ask for is my pictures and personal papers back, please

    I am the manager at Stop N' Lock Storage responding to a complaint filed by ******* *****.  Her unit went to auction due to non-payment.  The last payment was made on June 19, 2023 and we have not received a phone call or payment since then. So 2 days before the 10/25/23 auction I sent her a reminder text on this matter, in which she responded that she would not pay till that friday and I told her that it was to be paid by Wednesday the 25 or else it would go to auction and I got no responds back.  So it ended up going to auction.  Now mind you I could have sent her to auction in July but I held on till there was nothing else I could do. This is a first time for this in the 21 years I have worked here.  And many of my tenants would tell you that I work with them as much as I can and when I can't do anymore then I have to send them to auction.  Thank You for your time

    I am rejecting this response because: On Tuesday I received a text from a unknown number, it was from ******. This was after  I told **** that I was coming in Friday to pay my storage off and remove my items. With this is the text message between me and ******. When I went to pay my storage, found out it went for auction that Wednesday afternoon and ****** want be back in the office until Monday. I filed this with small claims court and we have a court date for December 7th 2023.
