    Rooter Right came out on 3/3 to look ar a sewer drain issue. Which i was told would cost 97 dollars. They agreed to snake the drain wave the 97 and charge us 200. They broke their snake almost immediately and when I contacted the company to inquire about why I was still charged the full 200 if they didn't complete the service. They proceeded to tell me there was a bigger problem and nothing they could do so they charged me 200 and left part of their snake behind. I today had another company come out and they were able to snake the drain just fine no issues. I just want my money back for services not completed.

    Good morning,

    The last time we attempted to call was April 1st as you can see attached. Either way, I am more than willing to refund the $103 If you can provide the receipt of the company who came and fixed the issue after us  and would of had to get our cable out as we will come pick up our cable as well.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I unfortunately do not answer for unknown callers and that is not the original business number I called.  I do not have a receipt as I did not think necessary to keep because the job was done correctly by the new company.  As far as retrieving the part of your snake that your workers broke will not be given back as I am sure it was discarded by the company that completed the job.  At this point i am very unsatisfied and feel like we should be refunded the total amount of 200.

    Company performed work to neighbors house which was acces from my driveway damage came about from the equipment which was used Company does not wish to accept responsibility for the damages

    We asked for permission to put the dirt on the driveway. We cleaned everything up and power washed the entire driveway. The cracks in the driveway are old cracks. They had weeds growing out of them.
