    I ordered 2 black lockers from this company. The shipping instructions were FOB, The lockers were only $96, but the shipping was $393.00. I was very clear that the lockers had to be black. A picture was sent to me that was a black locker. The instructions on the agreement said to inspect upon arrival. When the lockers came, they were tan with a black front., so I refused the order. The company refunded my money for the 2 lockers, but not for the shipping, even though they were not what I ordered. Her recommendation was that I should have kept them and spray paiinted them the color I wanted AND that she should have charged my return freight of $393.75. It would be dfferent if I changed my mind on the order. But to not get WHAT I ordered and still have to pay freight is not right. I personally believe she KNEW the lockers were not all black when she sent the picture. Good way to pawn off merchandise you can't get rid.

    We apologize for not making you aware that it is common for the lockers to have a contrasting body with the black door. The freight charges are paid to the shipping company and are passed along at our negotiated costs. As a result of refusing the lockers, we were charged the same return freight so this became an expense which we would prefer to have avoided.

    Please note that we have no interest in trying to unload or "pass off" lockers by misrepresenting the product. I will issue a refund check to the customer for whatever they think would be fair.
