    We had the deck worked on by replacing boards and raising the one end and stripping and painting it. The replacing and leveling was ok. That weekday it rained so the deck was not painted, and they let it dry for a couple of days (of which the wood is weatherized and when getting wet needs to dry at least a good week of warm weather). They let it set for a couple of days and then painted it. Well about 2 weeks went by and with the hot weather the deck started to bubble so we called them, and he came out and repainted it again. it sat over the winter and as spring hit and it started to get hot, we noticed that the paint started to bubble again, we called to have them come out and look at it 2 time's and never got a response to the phone calls. We went out and hosed the dirt off the surface and the rail's rand the paint just peeled right of the bottom rails, and this was just using the garden hose. All we would like to have done comes back out and paint it again or repair the places where all the paint came off.

    ***** ******* owner of two men & a ladder plus received 1000.00 dollars from my warranty co. to install two toilets. ***** said he would send me a check for the difference of 250 dollars which l never received. This happened in the middle of March. l called him about the money and two more times he said I would be paid. Well, its June and I am still waiting. So he is not only a liar he does poor work. Because I had to call someone else to properly secure one of the toilets which cost 200 dollars. I called ***** to fix the problem but he never calls me back. I wonder if he was just trying to take advantage of a 76-year-old man.

    On 10/28/2023 this Company Quoted me $1200.00 to paint my deck and table and benches. On 11/02/2023 they came and did the painting and told me they needed an extra $300.00 for extra paint. I paid them $1500.00. They missed painting 1 whole size of a wooden flower box, that was included on the deck. During the winter the paint started to peel up and off. I call the business starting in early spring, and since then have called several more times and told them that the paint is all coming off. It does not even look like I had it painted. The evening prior to them painting my deck it had rained all night. I asked how they can paint on wet wood. They told me "no worries because the wood would dry from the bottom so it will be ok". I paid $1500.00 which was $300.00 more then they quoted me for the job. I have no return calls from the owner ***** *******. I have left messages several times and Have talked to his father 3/4 times.Still no response. I would like my deck repainted or my $1500.00 returned.

    Sorry for the delay I don't check my emails that much I did find her paperwork but I did not get a call from her, she was calling the old owner and he did not tell me what was going on. we would be willing to repaint it in the spring

    I am rejecting this response because: I have called the business multi times at both phone numbers and have left messages. I have got no response from them.

    I have called and talked the owner *****'s, father (***) previous owner, many times and he has talked to his son about the work that was done at my home, *** actually helped with the painting of my deck and he has said many times they will redo my deck. At least he answers my phone calls. It is really bad now, They have had all summer to re-do it. If they will redo it in early spring, that would be great. If not I will continue with this complaint.
