    ****** ****, owner stopped by to look at a new wood H3330**303738363232**H install I want with neighbor&#**;s property. He said that he could/would do the 60&#**; approximately wood work for $1300.00. I told him that I wanted to wait for the City of Toledo&#**;s permit to arrive before he began work. The check was dated 5/14/24.On Friday, 6/28/24 I received a text that he had a family emergency. I gave him 2 months to work it out and he texted "I appreciate it, it&#**;s been h*** since yesterday", later on 6/28/24. We have bad chemistry or different wave-lengths. Long story short, I fired him on Wednesday 10/2/24. No actual work was accomplished in this period of time.

    I have tried on multiple occasions going to the property to complete the work but can never get in.  I would text Mr. *********** that I was there but would not get a response until hours later (by then already gone).  In regard to the refund requested, I will contact Mr. *********** and resolve this issue with him.

    On 1/15/2024 I paid *********************** $1,000 cash. **** is the owner of Custom fence and landscape. **** was contracted to install a vinyl fence across the front of my property. The remainder of the money was to be paid upon completion. I also bought the materials needed to install fence. **** failed to do the work period. **** continually made excuses for not showing up. Flat tire , tied up on another job. I have tried to contact **** several times he never answers. This isnt the first time **** has pulled a stunt like this. I didnt find out until after the fact that *********************** and Custom fence is a crooked and needs to be stopped before something bad happens!!!

    Hello, I would like to file a complaint against ******* **** owner of Custom Fence and Landscape after paying him $3,338. After learning he did not install the artificial turf correctly. He makes false promises never keeps the scheduled time he is coming. If he is talking there is a lie attached to it. I kept getting pushed back further and further. He accused me of “wrecking the grass” twice which I did not. I was supposed to rake or sweep it in opposite directions because he laid it wrong. The grass never was correct. In August he was supposed to have brought a new roll of grass I had asked to have this completed by August 31, 2023, before having a hip replacement. He was well aware of me needing a replacement. August 31, 2023 comes and he finally drops off the roll of grass. After hiring a new Company, I learned the artificial turf was not installed correctly. **** was supposed to fill the cracks on the cement slab before installing the grass, he didn't do, **** schedules a to come out on September 9th a Saturday. Well he canceled and says he can come out this week, I said tomorrow and I don’t work on Sundays. Again, a no show. After Sept 9th the new roll of grass had to be perfectly smooth was his excuse. My surgery was in September. He puts the blame on me that is hard to come over when I was available to be home when I do not want him here alone. After so many no shows I refused to take off work for someone who has no respect for me or my work schedule. Asked him when he plans to finish the grass. “Plan is Saturday” Sept 16th Again I was accused of destroying the grass with improper care. I walked on the grass if that is improper care he purchased the wrong material. Again, a no show on Sept 16th. Keeps make promises to finish the project and fails every time. I said this was a form of senior abuse he said no it’s not, go ahead and report me, so I did. By the middle of October, no communication at all.
