- Batteries and Chargers all come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Our ION model has a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the Batteries and Chargers. Other products have a 30-Day Limited Warranty from Manufacturer Defects only, except for cartridges and eLiquids which have no warranty. Due to the nature of the product there is a no refund policy.
