      I have an auto loan through this terrible credit union. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Looks like most of the people leaving reviews all have the same awful experience. I was hung up on multiple times trying to get my account info to pay my bill from their representatives. I will now have a late payment because they sent my information to the wrong address. They told me the only way they could help me get my info was to go to a branch.. (while I’m out of town) They are super inconsiderate and don’t care they inconvenience their customers. The service reps and managers have terrible attitudes. I will find a way out of this company and never do business with them again. Their policies to receive info seem to be old as dirt. It’s 2022 figure it out guys.

      Had them for 10 years now and it's taken a nosedive.online banking never works,atms always out of order,lobbies always closed,if you have a banking emergency like credit card fraud forget it nobody answers the phone after 5 and by then there's nothing you can do there motto should be"inconvenience at it's finest" because that's pretty much what this bank is good at.goibg to be switching banks very soon

      We are so sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our mobile banking has an excellent record of up time as do our ATMs. We certainly apologize that staffing shortages, like the rest of the country has experienced, has forced us to go to lobby or drive thru only on occasion. There is a 24 hour number for cards available for any emergencies.

      We have had an account at DCU when it was ST. Clements CU. Ever since they updated and changed their on line banking it has been a nightmare. We cannot see access to all accounts, I see different accounts than my husband. We cannot access our Visa account or our Rewards. We cannot access info to our Mortgage account. It has been the most frustrating thing. So disappointed in them. Been a member for over 50 years. SMH, my husband also contacted the President/CEO of DCU on Linked In, no response. It has been a nightmare and we are looking to move all personal and business accounts elsewhere. It is sad....this used to be a great neighborhood CU and it is now a nightmare to bank with them.

      Our conversions last year were a welcome upgrade to most, but unfortunately some accounts were not pleased.  We are working through several of the items you mention - in fact we hope that by next month your mortgage issue is taken care of as we move to our new mortgage system!

      I know our staff has been in contact, and the solutions we had were not satisfactory for you.  We are in the process of looking at a business account upgrade which should help that portion.

      As someone who has been with the credit union since St. Clements, I have seen several changes.  We  understand your frustration - upgrading systems shouldn't mean a step backwards in anything you see.  We are moving forward on several areas and certainly ask your patience - we appreciate your membership.
