      I was recommended by ***** to use Jason for installation of patio doors because he had done many projects for them. While his contractors were very nice and accommodating they didn’t have much experience in installing the doors and had to utilize the company provided instructions. There were several problems that developed after installation but he wouldn’t return calls to address them. Thankfully ***** backed their product and provided their service people to repair the doors. However one screen wasn’t a ***** product and ***** nor Jason agreed to take care of a problem with it. I had paid Jason half of the price for that screen in exchange for paying the rest when he repaired it. There are no service people in Ohio for this Casper screen so it will be difficult to find anyone to repair it and I may be stuck with the defective screen.

      We have used The Solution Man for quite a few years and never had a problem. He fixed our walls that had been damaged by termites, put in a new electrical box & replaced the breakers. Installed 2 new toilets, fixed the parts of the tub and retiled it perfectly. Put in a new door in our garage. Replaced 6 bedroom & bathroom doors up stairs. I’m probably forgetting something but they do a great job. Jason has very talented men working for him and I will not hesitate to use him again. Harry & Marci Watson

      Solution Man, LLC, Jason Pilotto, has been our go to company for all remodeling, repairing and general contracting for years both in our home and in our investment properties. He has done plumbing, painting, roof work, siding and general construction that accompanied any other work. He is honest and accurate in his estimates. His work is superb. He is meticulous in all of his work and he expects the same from anyone who works for him. The man who works with him, David, has the same work ethic and is just a obsessive about doing thing right. They both help you plan your work layout, schedule, and answer any questions you have along the way. His prices are fair and reasonable. He is flexible as work goes on and I really appreciated that. We have recommended Jason to friends who have been very satisfied and continue to use his services. We will continue to use Solution Man, LLC, Jason and David.
